Adults & Young Adults
Overview

Hayley provides therapy to adults and young adults who are experiencing trauma and PTSD, often resulting from sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, divorce, religious abuse, and financial stress. Using a variety of approaches, including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma therapy, she assists clients in designing a life that feels authentic and rewarding. By identifying one's values and re-establishing one's sense of self, the therapeutic relationship can support clients in navigating dark and light periods in their lives. Hayley has received specialized training in trauma therapy and is passionate about working with clients who are struggling to move forward with their lives after these experiences.
Virtual and in-person sessions are available and fees are $200.00 (+HST) each hour. Clients can begin by contacting Hayley for a complimentary 15-minute free consultation to gauge the "fit" and comfort level. The client then fills out a comprehensive Intake Form (available in the Client Portal) and may also fill out additional measurement tools if needed.

Weekly sessions can be scheduled throughout the week, in person (Tuesdays) or virtually.

Hayley does not bill directly through insurance but an invoice will be promptly provided after each session so that clients can submit claims independently. As a Registered Social Worker (M.S.W.), Hayley's sessions are eligible for coverage under most benefits packages.
