Hayley has been working with families since 2017, specializing in parenting concerns, communication strategies, and family violence. Dr. Glaholt is an Accredited Family Mediator (Acc. FM) through the Ontario Association for Family Mediation and is a Clinical Panel member of the Office of the Children's Lawyer. She served as Director of Onsite Mediation for Toronto Family Mediation Services (formerly mediate393) from 2020 to 2022, and coaches with York University's Certificate in Dispute Resolution and Riverdale Mediation.

As an empathetic listener and skilled communicator, Hayley exhibits professionalism and appropriate leadership when working with children and families. She is an experienced lecturer on the topics of comparative religion, ethics, and "the Link" between child abuse, domestic violence, animal abuse, and elder abuse. She is known for providing engaging and informative presentations. Hayley is also the co-founder and Executive Director of SafePet Ontario, a Canadian charity serving survivors of family violence, human trafficking, and their pets.
Hayley earned her Ph.D. in Religion, Ethics, and Public Life from Northwestern University in 2014, and will receive her Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto in 2025, specializing in Children and Their Families. Dr. Glaholt served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (Ontario) from 2018 to 2022. She is a Certified Ethnic and Religious Conflict Mediator through the International Centre for Ethno-Religious Mediation (ICERM), and has also been trained in restorative justice methods.
