Counselling for Individuals, Couples, and Families

Life can be overwhelming. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, family conflict, parenting challenges, or a major life transition, seeking support is a courageous first step.
Therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself, strengthen relationships, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the process.
I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout Ontario.

My Approach
No two people—or families—are alike. I believe therapy should be tailored to your individual needs, strengths, and goals.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-informed. Together, we will work to better understand the challenges you're facing, identify practical strategies for change, and build on the strengths you already possess.
Above all, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe enough to be honest, respected enough to feel understood, and supported enough to move forward with confidence.
Therapy for Children and Adolescents
Children and adolescents often express difficult emotions in ways that look different from adults. My approach is developmentally appropriate, engaging, and focused on helping young people understand and express their thoughts and feelings while strengthening the relationships that support them.
When appropriate, I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to help children thrive both at home and in other important areas of their lives.
Therapy for Adults
Adults seek therapy for many different reasons. Some are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting, grief, or significant life changes. Others simply want a space to reflect, grow, and better understand themselves.
Wherever you are in your journey, therapy can provide practical support, new perspectives, and opportunities for lasting change.
Family Therapy
Families often seek therapy when communication has broken down, conflict has increased, or significant changes have affected family relationships.
Family therapy provides an opportunity to strengthen communication, better understand one another's perspectives, and work collaboratively toward healthier relationships.
What You Can Expect
Beginning therapy can feel like a significant step, and it's natural to have questions.
Our first session is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, explore your goals, and determine whether we are a good fit to work together. From there, we will develop a plan that reflects your unique needs and move forward at a pace that feels appropriate for you.
